Cari rode her first GP horse with Wolfgang May when she had just turned 17 and spent close to 6 years working with him and several other of the Tempel Farms riders, as she became a trainer there when she turned 18. Cari has over 50 years of experience as a professional. She was a WS to Olympic coach Melle Van Bruggen and then spent 5 years working for Olympic team member John Winnett. Cari also has worked for or lessoned/cliniced with many, many top international known trainers such as Natalie Lamping, George Williams, Kathy Connelly, Mette Rosencranz, Hans Biss, Col. Hans Mueller, and Robert Dover. Having been on the board of the IDCTA for many years, Cari was privileged to have access to the clinics at Tempel Farms with Gunter Seidel, Conrad Schumacher, and Reiner Klimke. She always takes full advantage of every opportunity to learn everything she can in order to pass that knowledge along to her students. Her students and horses have won many local, state and regional championships and she herself won several National and Grand National Championships before she was 18, training Paso Finos for Rancho Del Rosa, first in IL and then in North Carolina. This enabled her to finance her dressage passion and to buy her first nice horse from Bodo Hangen, who kindly made it available to her for a reasonable price. Because she had many trainers who helped her on her journey, she likes to help other young people on their quest, as well. Cari also suffered a severe TBI in 2007 when a horse fell on her. She was wearing a helmet, which the doctors say saved her from either death or more severe permanent disability, and she very much enjoys working with student who have disabilities. Abby is a USDF Bronze and Silver medalist (Gold anticipated in 2020), all aboard self-trained horses. She has coached multiple students to medal achievements, regional championship top ten placings, and year-end awards. Abby has earned several championship top ten placings, competed in US Dressage Finals, and received numerous year-end USDF and USEF awards. She is currently enrolled in the USDF L Program and is an ASEA Certified Equine Appraiser.

Abby provides individually tailored programs to help you and your mount achieve your optimal goals. Services include dressage training, instruction, sales, and competition services for all breeds and levels of riders. Abby has trained multiple horses to FEI dressage, provides youngsters a solid foundation, develops confident, sound, and strong athletes, and helps you form a true partnership with your equine companion using classical dressage principles as a foundation.

Lindinhof Equine Sports Zentrum offers quality training for horses in dressage as well as promoting sale horses. Monthly training includes feed/hay, daily stall cleaning, turnout, training 5 days a week, leg and tendon care, theraplate, and solarium. Lindinhof Equine Sports Zentrum maintains indoor. The heated indoor arena is attached to the stall area and is 200 ft long by 80 ft wide. The arena is furnished with sand footing, which has 4 inches of compacted screening and 4in inches of sand! This footing is great to ride on. The out door arena will be built in the future. There is access to trails and fields for cross training. Currently, there is 15 acres of pasture. We also offer individual turnout.

Mindy Knoll has been mentored by Ms. Anita Adams, FEI dressage rider and Certified Karl Mikolka Method Trainer, since 2001. She studied with and worker under Ms. Adams daily in the Chicago area working with horses and riders showing to FEI on a national level, then continued to assist in the training at Blue Mounds Equine Center near Madison, WI where she worked with Ms. Adams starting and training young Lipizzans for demonstration and school.

Mindy is trained in the classical art of dressage and has developed piaffe, passage and pirouettes. She is dedicated to preserving the classical principles of training and has seen great success with her equine and human students using this method over the years. Her main focus is the systematic body building of a happy equine athlete, at any level of training.

Mindy is available in the Milwaukee area, and on occasion near Madison, the Twin Cities, and Central Iowa.
