Western Horse Training in Amherst, Wisconsin (Portage County)

Benson's Whispering Pines Farm is located just minutes west of Wisconsin Rapids, WI. We offer horse training specializing in problem horses, tune ups and colt starting.
Bruce received some of his training from Curt Pate, UWRiver Falls and also uses other combined methods that he's learned from other trainers over the years. He's been working with horses for over 30 years.
At our farm owners are always welcome to come and watch or participate in the training. We believe if the owner doesn't know what or how the horse has been trained, it defeats the purpose of training!
We try to only have one horse for training at a time, that way that horse gets the full attention it deserves.
