ALL BOARDERS:
—Everyone has full access to the covered arena unless it is booked for a lesson or some type of activity; that will always be posted on the board and Facebook when possible
—all barns have an automatic fly system
—hot/cold wash racks
—tack rooms
—50+ acres of riding
—creek crossings
—gated private code entrance
—fishing. etc.
—multiple horses get a discount
—mineral licks in ALL stalls and pastures
—DR Greg Ford, dvm will be here every 3 months
STALL BOARD:
—Big, Private stall
—Turned out on most pretty days in one of the 3 acre private paddocks with its own shed (if you choose)
—plenty of high quality hay
—Fed twice a day
—mineral licks
STALL CHOICES:
For someone with 4 horses:
I have a private 4 horse barn with hot and cold wash racks inside and out, private tack room, 2 private paddocks 2-3 acres each come with that barn, etc. it also has an attached APARTMENT which may be available
A private 2 horse barn, currently taken with a 3 acre turn out, tack room, etc
8 stall barn with everything as well shared.
Occasionally could have a spot in our private barn but not at this time.
PRIVATE PASTURE BOARD:
—Full time 3+ acre private paddock with sheds
—plenty of high quality hay
—fed twice a day
—mineral licks
PASTURE BOARD:
—full time 30+ acre pasture board
—great grass
—shed to get under
—plenty of great quality hay during winter months
—mineral licks
—If you ARE NOT a boarder you can rent the arena for $20 an hour per person on a horse ( you can bring as many as you want if your not riding you are free)
HORSE HOTEL
—overnight stay $25 a night per stall
—$25 a night per RV hookup
—I will have weekly vacation boarding rates also
—I will be having ride nights for $10 a person (riding in the arena) from 5-9 coming soon!
