We are a beautiful, small, private boarding / riding facility specializing in dressage and dressage instruction. Boarding includes large paddocks (roughly 65' x 80') with a 12' x 12' individual barn buildings and attached 12' x 8' covered awning areas within each large paddock. New wood & steel pipe fencing w/ hot rope, stall mats, auto waterers, lighting, etc. $600 - $800 / mo. depending on services desired. Main barn has insulated, designer tack room / lounge with indoor bathroom. Indoor arena has sand / rubber footing, full wall of mirrors, lighting, sound system & viewing deck. Situated in a secluded, yet cleared expanse of land just at the edge of the Stanislaus National Forest with direct access to hundreds of acres of forest roads the Lazy G Ranch is the ideal setting for equestrian boarding. The assembly of a brand new facility is underway. The first phase is complete and can accommodate up to 14 horses with stalls and paddocks. The second phase will be pastured area's and the third phase will be a large barn. We currently have a large historical barn converted into the Ranch Club House, tack storage lockers available, services: Blanketing, lunging, turn out, brushing, feeding grain or nutrients that you provide, and trailer storage. unfenced arena, 50 foot round pen and 35 foot round pen. I supply a feeder. There are also 2 water trophs on the property -120 gallon and 50 gallon.
There is a hitching rail that can be accessed with the hose and can be a wash station.
Included is an all metal tack cabinet that locks, located in the hay shed that can store any saddle, mats, bridles.

You are a 2.2 mile (23 minutes) ride away from the Bird Sanctuary which is 97 acres of land and trails you can ride on.

The Loomis Park where there is a horse arena and trails is only 2.4 miles away (7 minute drive, would need to trailer).

The Sterling point assembly area is 7 miles away (14 minute drive). You can park your trailer and ride down to the lake.
