Horse Boarding in Frisco, Colorado (Summit County)

We have a few openings available for mellow owners and polite horses — no drama please! We're a small, informal barn with one family horse and boarding for about six.

We provide experienced custom horse care, premium certified weed-free hay, 12 x 12 stalls and loafing sheds with individual runs and pastures with daily turnout year-round (weather permitting). Outdoor large dressage arena (20m x 60m) with shredded rubber crumb footing, a few jumps, two-mile maintained trail around our beautiful 80-acre farm, and close to several Boulder County and City of Boulder open space trails. We are a semi-coop barn community (work down part board by doing an hour or two of barn chores a week). Board includes two flakes of our own beautiful Starlight Farm certified weed-free hay morning and evening, and we'll feed whatever else you'd like your horse to have. Nightly "bed checks," free trailer parking, lots more.

Please note: we are not a retirement facility, for either people or horses. And: both people and horses need to be fully vaccinated :)

PreView Farm is a small equine facility perfectly situated between Longmont and Boulder. On any given day, you will see riders schooling dressage in the arena or crossing the dirt road to our neighbor’s cross-country course. The next day they may be doing groundwork or hooking up for a trail ride and over the weekend, they may be getting ready for a local show. But… what is a constant every single day… is the horses on the property are meticulously cared for… and we have a ton of fun.

We have a dressage Gold Medalist that comes weekly to train, but you are welcome to bring your own trainer.

The facility has stalls with runs and a large outdoor paddock with a shed. The three separate pastures are irrigated and ideal for turnout in groups or alone.

There is a 100 x 200 outdoor arena (set up for dressage or jumping), a hot/cold wash stall, and a mile long galloping track, miles of dirt roads for hacking, and a cross-country course across the street that boarders can negotiate to use.

Full Care Horse Boarding. Looking for a small, homey and quiet stable away from the crowds? Red Horse is a great place for beginners or experienced riders. This is a stable where horses and people make good friends. It's nothing fancy to look at, but the care is experienced and reliable. Excellent grass and/or alfalfa hay. Near Thornton and Commerce City. Miles of riding along the South Platte River greenbelt and surrounding acreage. Bald eagles fly over regularly. Large runs with box stalls, outdoor arena and round pen. You saddle up and ride, we'll do the work.

Board includes a box stall with large run for each horse, excellent quality hay fed twice a day, watering, mucking, turn out for sociable horses, round pen and outdoor arena. Sheds for storage. Stock tanks heaters used in the winter. The riding trail starts about 20 feet from the stable and runs along the beautiful South Platte River. Additional riding acreage behind stable. Yearly vet clinics to save Boarders money and a scheduled farrier. Horse chiropractor also available. Rotation deworming and vaccinations required. Approved guests and behaved dogs are welcome to visit.

What a lovely little set up! Small stable with a vigilant and caring owner who makes sure all of the horses boarded there are well cared for. Stable owner gets the best hay, and makes sure the horses have plenty of fresh water. She sets up regular vet and farrier appointments (group rates make it cheaper). She makes sure there's a good "buddy system" for turn out time(s) and there's plenty of room on the property for the horses to stretch their legs. Each horse has its own shed/stall with an ample run attached. The facility is right across the street from the South Platte River greenbelt with miles of trails for riding. Cottonwood Stables, LLC is a single-owned stable with a fun family environment. We are a clean caring facility located between 136th and 144th just east of Washington. We have approximately 5 acres of seasonal pasture turnout, several runs for every day turnout, a large outdoor round pen and an indoor riding arena (72 x 102). We also have a small outdoor jumping area in the fields. Cottonwood is located within a horse property community with riding areas and trails. All disciplines and breeds are welcome. Boards starts at $290.00/ month. Stalls are cleaned on a daily basis in the morning by the facility.
*Quality hay, stored inside the barn, not outside in the weather. Grass / alfalfa mix. More grass than alfalfa.
*The facility will feed grain you provide.
*All stalls have spacious shelter under the barn lean-to.

Haven Hills Barn/ Body N Soul, LLC is a private boarding facility where your equine partners will receive the love, care and respect that they deserve and that you desire. It is located just outside of Boulder, CO.

The boarding facility at Haven Hills includes access to full care including: turn in/turn out, feeding of grain and supplements, blanketing (if provided), worming, taking care of fly masks (if provided), holding for the farrier and vet, scheduling fall/spring routine vaccinations.

There are 3 pastures, each approximately 2-3 acres with sheds, available for turn out on grass. These fields can hold a small herd of compatible horses up to 3 or 4 horses. Horses are herd animals and live the best within a group that they feel safe in. Stalls are also available, with daily turn out for grazing.
