60 acre facility, 10x12 matted stalls, 125x200 outdoor, 80x200 indoor, cross country course, all day small group turnout, individual turnout, hot and cold wash stall, heated tack, bathroom and viewing room. Hay 3 times a day grain twice.

Small, 10 stall, horse boarding stable. Stalls have small paddocks with dutch doors. Fields and indoor for riding. Some trails on the 140 acre property.
