Westover is located close to the intersection of Burnt Hickory Road and Barrett Parkway. It is a beautiful quiet setting just minutes from the Kennesaw Mountain trails. There are a total of twelve acres divided into two pastures and one paddock. Both pastures have access to a large pond. Large pasture has a run-in shelter, smaller pasture has access to stalls with tack rooms. Pasture board only or pasture board with stall available. All 3-board white fencing - no wires. Owner Mrs. Tyler Verlander-Peabody is a 3rd generation horsewoman who has been riding since before she could walk and has been teaching lessons to children and adults for 15 years. She showed on the local GHJA circuit growing up in Woodstock GA, her experience and training has been developed by the top GA trainers in the Hunter/Jumper/Equitation disciplines as a result of her grit and determination despite the funds growing up. She interned with AA trainers traveling to AA shows all over GA, FL, and the east coast up to Lake Placid, NY for 7 years. By the time she was 18 years old, she had already successfully managed a 50 person lesson program, summer camp and 20 horse boarding stable. Tyler is an entrepreneur and business woman at heart and utilizes her marketing and management education from KSU to strive in her business. She has trained and sold numerous horses that have gone on to AA show homes and beloved owners.

Tyler is a forever learner, riding in clinics with the likes of: Rob Gage(multiple times), Lainey Ashkar, Buck Davidson, Jill Henneberg, and Bert Mutch. Mountain Breeze Stables has been operating since 2003. We are located 6 miles west of Marietta Square in West Cobb, near the intersection of Barrett Parkway (East-West Connector) and Dallas Highway (U.S. 120). 4 miles from Kennesaw Mountain with 16 miles of trails.

We have 10 acres, divided into three distinct pastures. Individual turnout is not available. All fences are new RAMM Flex Fence. All areas of the property are fenced in with a Ghost automatic gate for security. We have 12x12 stalls with Stall Saver mats installed in 2020. We have an indoor wash rack with hot and cold water, a large round pen, and a lit riding arena with a new covered viewing deck. Sprinklers are installed around the arena to reduce dust levels. The barn features a heated and air-conditioned tack room, complete with a bathroom.

We provide feed to maintain the proper weight of your horse. We currently have Triple Crown Senior Gold, Triple Crown Low Starch, Triple Crown rice bran, Triple Crown Balancer, alfalfa pellets, wheat bran, and beet pulp shreds. We provide Simplifly Feed-Thru Fly Control. We will add the supplements that you provide.

Full-time barn manager lives on-site. Outside trainers are welcome.

We offer only full board for $850 per month. We do not offer pasture or partial board. We do not need any additional help at this time.

Triple D Ranch is a private, family-owned farm on 70 acres in NW Cobb. Our ranch consists of an eight stall barn with 12x12 stalls, 25 acres of pastures, a paddock, a lighted arena, a round pen, and 40 additional acres with wooded trails. We have both full ($620) and pasture ($440) board. Our horses like to be outside eating our nice Bermuda and fescue grass. There are no horses left in the barn full-time. Full boarders will be put in stalls in the barn for feeding time, during inclement weather, and as needed for their health.
