BrighterDaze Farm is the trail riders' paradise. There are miles of trails covering more than 400 acres of land that wind through the forest, hay meadows, creeks, and ravines. There is an abundance of wildlife to enjoy, like deer, owls, blue heron, and much more.
Located in Newark, IL, just off Rt.71 (10 min from Yorkville, 30 min from Plainfield) our heated barns offer either 10'x12' or 10'x14' stalls with the option of using a common tack room or a private tack room. All boarders have access to the 126'x60' heated arena, wash rack with hot water, outdoor round pen, and of course the trails. The lounge is complete with kitchen, TV, and fireplace!
Care taker resides on premises. We take pride in providing quality care and understanding your horse as an individual. Horses are turned out on spacious grass pastures every day. Each pasture has a shelter and automatic waters’. We provide bedding, grain, (safe choice) and hay (grown on the farm). You break it you fix it policy because we are a rented facility). This is a place for horses that need serene environments.
Candiate horse should be able to share their food with friends with no aggression.

No hidden charges for supplements, boots, blankets. We all pitch in and help each other out for the sake of our horses! We are as laid back super easy going and friendly as can be for both horse & human.

**Most important factor is to mesh a well mannered calm/gentle peaceful herd. Spring/summer the pastures are very lush. Open to discussing different scenarios and accomodations for your horse.

Costs:
Board: $575 + shavings(+ small security deposit), this includes all of the above.
Owner: pays for shavings as you need it, our barn is stocked with shaving and you tally them as you use and only get charged for usage which keeps the boarders fees down because horses are out all day cost tends to be less than most barns.
Owner: supplies the feed you choose to use.

Trainers welcome, and/or possible arena rental available. Will be looked at on a case by case basis.
