Three separate lush maintained pastures over three acres , paddock,outside run in shelter,separate hay barn. There are miles of trail riding available on site. Lighted 65x90 Paddock is large enough to work horses. Hot and cold water, tack room,restroom,trailer parking. We are ideally looking for someone with two horses to split responsibilities with current tenant. We are a full or partial service, informal training facility offering training/boarding for hunter/jumper, equitation, and pleasure riders. We host clinics, attend schooling shows and recognized horse shows throughout the year. We feature indoor and outdoor arenas, a large outdoor jumping area, plus a standard-sized dressage arena. Indoor arena has a climate-controlled observation room. Our facility is clean and well-maintained with experienced and friendly instructors.
