Wash areas. Owners live right on property and are generally there 24/7. D-n-K Horse Farms LLC prides itself to be an exclusive barn providing unique services such as: on site cattle, heated stable, indoor and outdoor arenas, large pastures, daily turnouts, and heated lounge area. D-n-K is a diverse training barn; english, hunt seat, western pleasure, showmanship, speed events, roping events, and general riding lessons. We have 18 rubber matted stalls (10X12) in our heated barn, as well as a secondary barn with 5 rubber matted stalls (8X14) and another 4 rubber matted stalls (10X10). Our stalls are picked twice daily and water buckets pulled and cleaned once a week. D-n-K realizes that every horse is different so we let you choose what kind of grain to feed as well as the quanity. We offer round and square bales of hay and can cater to every horse's individual supplement needs. During the winter we blanket horses for turn out and summers we take on and off fly masks. We are 30 minutes from the well known CBarC arena in Cloverdale and 20 minutes from I-74 and I-70 for easy traveling. Priddy ranch stables is a full service boarding barn in northern brown county . We feed hay twice a day. We will be happy to feed your grain and or supplements twice a day as well. We provide clean stalls with sawdust and water daily. Stalls do have rubber matts in them . We offer indoor and outdoor arena use. Basic lessons available Horses are turned out on a rotating bases between three pastures . In bad weather we turn out indoor only not pasture. Horses are fed in each horses stall in order to monitor their feeding consumption. Space is limited currently we have one stalls available. $350.00 month. draft horses are more. Hard keepers are also more. Boarders are required to supply vaccine information and worming schedules are all the same for all horses at the barn. Vet and farrier needs cost are responsibility for boarders however barn owner will provide farrier and call a vet in case of emergency. All boarders must sign waivors and release of liability forms.
