AKS Farms is a full service equine facility offering competition training for the Arabian Horse show circuit as well as Iowa's Premier Riding School!
We are the home of Saddle Seat Equitation World Cup Gold Medalist and multi-National Champion trainer/instructor Alexis Scott. Alexis has over 20 years of experience competing at the local, regional, national and international level, and now uses her incredible talent and expertise to teach riders of all ages and skill levels!
AKS focuses on teaching the rider how to truly communicate with the horse, and use their skills to become a great horseman, no matter what discipline they ride!

Our facility includes a fully heated indoor arena, 30 spacious heated stalls, four beautiful pastures for daily turnout, a heated wash-rack, grooming areas, two tack rooms, a gorgeous climate controlled viewing area, outdoor patio, and impeccable equine care. Preparations for a large outdoor arena are well under way!
Students and parents are welcome to spend as much time at the barn as possible, helping with chores, grooming and exercising horses, and making friends that last a lifetime! We have weekly cookouts, holiday parties and encourage camaraderie.
We hold in-barn schooling shows that give our students the opportunity to show off what they learn to family and friends, as well as attend outside shows, which range from fun-show level to national-level competition.

Bethany, the owner of the business Knight Horse Training, loves to create connection and communication with horses since 2018. Our goal is to establish and develop a harmonious relationship between the horses and the horsemen.

Horses boarded at High Point live in luxury. Each horse is treated to daily turnout, top quality feed, and their stall cleaned 7 days per week. Horses can choose to live the natural life outside with pasture board, or for the pampered equine 12x12 stalls are available. All boarders can take advantage of the 150x200 outdoor and 140x60 indoor arena which are watered and drug to keep footing at an optimal consistency and dust to an absolute minimum. Horses receive daily turnout weather permitting in one of our large outdoor pastures complete with run in shed, water, and hay for all day munching.

Trainers are available on the property. Offering lessons in hunter/jumper, and dressage. Safe and reliable school horses are available if you do not have your own horse. Haul in lessons are also welcome! Providing lessons and training for the beginner horse and rider up to the seasoned competitors! Training is available from colt starting, to working with problem horses, up to tuning up the show horse. High Point riders and horses compete at both the local schooling shows up to the national level and are competitive in all aspects.
