Our ranch is located directly off of I-70 at Exit
330 (McFarland). We are almost exactly halfway between Topeka and Manhattan. We are only 30mins away from Junction City and 15 from Wamego.
Our services include Boarding and training. Our training ranges from Starting to Simple refreshers.

Prairiewind Boarding Stables is a 10 stall self care horse boarding facility located just across the road from Milford State Park. Each horse is assigned a 12 x 12 stall with attached 12 x 40 run. Weather permitting horses are turned out to pasture or round bales daily. Round bales are stable provided depending on time of year. Stable also provides one flake of hay daily for stall feeding and all horses are required to return to stall each night. Additional hay is available for purchase. Pricing:

Indoor Stalls: $450.00 monthly- fee includes:
Daily or evening turn out (weather dependent), stalls cleaned daily, rubber stall mats & fresh shavings, salt licks, fans, continuous fresh water thru automatic watering system, automatic fly spray system thru out stable, 4 flakes quality hay and 2 scoops grain provided daily. Blanketed and fly mask as requested and when provided by owner.

Pasture:
$200.00- Monthly fee includes: Unlimited pasture grass, hay thru out winter months.
$250.00- Monthly fee includes: Grain twice daily in group setting, unlimited pasture
grass, hay thru out winter months.
$300.00- Monthly fee includes: Individually grained twice daily, unlimited pasture
grass, hay thru out winter months, blanketed and fly mask as requested &
when provided by owner.

All boarders have use and access to the following:
Large indoor arena, indoor wash station, outdoor hose down area, heat & air conditioned tack & restroom, bottled water & coffee, two round pens, 2 outdoor arena's . Farrier service scheduled monthly, Running R Stable will collect and hold your horse for the farrier. Trailer parking is offered at no additional charge. Property is Gaited and secure!

All trainers are welcome at our facility, classes or private sessions must be coordinated and schedule so no conflicts arise.

We are a horse boarding facility that offers custom service from self care to full care boarding or somewhere in between. The facility has closed stalls with 20’ runs and open stalls with 30’ runs. Daily turnout and pasture boarding is also available. The property includes an outdoor 100’ x 200’ fully equipped riding arena, 50’ round pen and 30 acres for leisure riding.

Linden Lea Horse Boarding is located at Klarmond Trakehners in Baldwin City and is operated by Becky Bentley, a Registered Veterinary Technician. Becky’s equine experience started on her eighth birthday when her beloved first horse arrived. Pasture boarding is $200/month and stall boarding is $450/month. All stalls are 12x12. Boarders have access to both an indoor arena (72 x 44) and an outdoor arena (66x196). Individual tack storage is available. Your horse will enjoy a large turn out pasture (no small mud lots) with large round bales; our horse guests never stand around with empty stomachs. We feed Progressive Feed, a top of the line grain. MTC is a full facility with a large (70X140) indoor arena with shredded tire and sand footing an outdoor arena with sand footing (60X100), round pen, trail access, 2 barns, wash stall with hot water, air conditioned lounge with full restroom fridge, microwave, sofa, table/chairs and desk all looking out into the indoor arena, all on a spacious 50 acre property.
