Certain boarders who want to trade work for stall board can be negotiated if the handling skills are there for many different breeds. We are not a lesson barn, however guest are welcome to bring in insured trainers. We are a small customized elite boarding facility for show or retired horses. Owner is a licensed Veterinary Technician and practitioner for Magna Wave (PEMF) who lives on the property and is the primary care taker. Our fabulous 80x 216' indoor arena features state of the art dust free premium footing, with windows that open in the summer for a fabulous breeze and close in the winter to shut out the Lexington wind. You’ll love it in all seasons! We also have a sand outdoor dressage arena, outdoor sand 200’ jump arena, cross country course, and round pen. Paddocks are 4 board double fenced. Private paddocks are also available. The clients each enjoy private tack lockers and trailer parking. Stalls are 12x14’ matted with half doors so the horses can hang their heads out. They have fans in the summer and heated buckets in the winter.
