We are a full-service equestrian center in Lexington, KY, Horse Capitol of the World. This 80 acre complex boasts 43 stalls, 10 board fenced paddocks, 7 large pastures, a 244' x 110 covered arena and a large outdoor ring. We offer full board only which covers extras such as blanketing, holding for vet/farrier at no additional cost. With a low key, friendly atmosphere, Westwind offers high standards of care and training for both horse and rider. Event rider Elissa Estes is available for instruction. The farm manager has over 24 years of professional experience working for some of the premier farms throughout the US and Europe and also hold a degree in Racehorse Management in addition to British Horse Society qualifications. Caroline has been involved with horses since a very young age, with experiences including; teaching summer camps, intercollegiate riding, training and breaking young horses, teaching riders of all ages, grooming on show circuits, and Thoroughbred farm management for internationally known farms. Caroline has also ridden in multiple disciplines- eventing, fox hunting, dressage and hunt seat.
