Upstairs, you will be able to sit in comfort in our large lounge, which will include all of your usual kitchen amenities, Wi-Fi internet, indoor elevated bleachers, a class room, a bunk-bed room with attached bathroom and shower. A “cat walk” type balcony attaches to the upstairs lounge allowing you to walk out and look above the stalls and indoor riding areas. We are a small barn located in berrien county! Both of our main care takers live on-site 24/7. We have large spacious stalls with personal run outs through Dutch doors! Both care takers have been around and handling horses their whole lives. We are located 10 minutes away from the Berrien County fair grounds! We are open to working with outside trainers for our boarders. We have a large indoor arena, cross ties, beautiful trails, jump set ups, barrels, trot poles, a seasonal cross country course, tack room space, a wash stall, and two ponds to view on the trails. We provide hay that is freshly cut each season on the property, we provide basic grain and owners can bring their own, we are a partial care facility but full care is an ad on. We do have many additional services to go with board if the owner chooses, for example, hand walking, lunging, riding, grooming/ bathing (daily or that day), arena rental for groups or lessons, trailer parking warm and cold seasons, daily private turn out. DH’s Rosewood Farm, LLC is looking for new boarders. We are located at 8304 East ML Avenue, Kalamazoo. Easy access from Portage, Kalamazoo, Galesburg and the surrounding area. Our facility has a barn with 27 stalls, a 60x120 indoor arena, outdoor arena, a round pen, 10 grazing pastures, and several riding trails. Our basic services as of Summer 2015 is $350 a month which includes a spacious stall that is cleaned 6 days a week, put out and brought in daily except Sundays (unless there in inclement weather then we keep them in), feed quality grain twice a day, home grown hay and fresh water throughout the day.
