Rocking S Farm is a full service boarding and training facility. We also have an excellent academy riding program. We teach english saddleseat and you do not have to own your own horse to take lessons or show.

Our farm is on 20 acres with four separate pastures. We have an arena and a covered round pen. The main barn has 14 stalls, tack room, feed room and a lounge with a shower. There are 6 stalls outside in one of the pastures. We live on the property.
I have 40 years experience caring for horses, and 20 teaching and training. Our goal is to have safe, happy, healthy horses so they will have happy owners.

We have a 44 acre farm located in the heart Chelsea Alabama. We are located only 1.2 miles from Publix and 1.8 miles from Walmart. We have a small working farm with chickens , mini pigs, goats ,etc with one lake and a small pond. We are looking for a select few boarders that are very family oriented. Horse Boarding

We are a full-service boarding facility that offers Private 30 minute or Private one-hour lessons, leasing, training, rehabilitation and camps. Our Full Board is $750 a month, Show Board and Rebab Board is $1,000 a month and pasture board is $550 per month.

We do things differently at GKM Equestrian, you don't just come get on a horse. You'll learn how to properly groom your horse with all the necessary steps to keep them and you looking your best. Next you will learn how to correctly and safely tack up your horse or pony. You will also get to experience many different types of saddles and bridles used in other riding disciplines. Our students are competent and knowledgeable about horse care and safety which allows their learning and riding to blossom with confidence. We are a small, dedicated professional equine facility, so we go for quality not quantity and don't crank out a lot of lessons each day. This ensures the horses' good health and a slow pace that riders can actually enjoy their lessons and get to know and love our equine athletes.

Most of our students are schooling lower-level dressage and beginning the foundation for jumping. Some of our students are of our boarders have competitively shown in mid to upper-level Dressage. We also have some Hunt Seat riders with impressive show histories. We own several school masters for the upper-level riders to enjoy. We also play around with the working equitation as is provides some fun challenges to our horses and riders.

We are conveniently located to Birmingham, Mountain Brook, Homewood, Irondale, Trussville, Leeds and Moody. We are a 20-minute drive from downtown Birmingham.
