Reimagine Horsemanship offers lesson, rehab, and training board at our quiet, private facility in Poughquag, NY. We specialize in equine rehabilitation and relationship-based horsemanship. We combine liberty work, classical dressage, ranch work, and natural horsemanship to reset the minds and bodies of troubled horses and provide them with a healthy, versatile education.

Our facility is designed to help horses heal, learn, and bond with their human companions. We have a 70-foot enclosed round pen with viewing area, a brand new all weather arena with TravelRight footing, a hunt/obstacle course, and training trails. Our home farm family is a small group of like-minded people interested in building quality relationships with their horses. We only take on a few boarders at a time to keep things quiet and conducive for learning.

Horses live in a social atmosphere and are given quality care based on their individual needs. Along with regularly scheduled sessions, their education is immersed into their lifestyle and daily handling. We collaborate closely with vets, farriers, nutritionists, and physiotherapists to provide horses with whatever they need to establish and maintain their physical, psychological, and emotional well-being.

Our relationship-based horsemanship educational program teaches participants about horse care, herd dynamics, body language, horse whispering, animal communication, biomechanics, and much more. Don't fret that they're no longer competing, instead allow them to enjoy their future years in the comfort of their new home.
Perhaps you are worried about having your horse far from you. We are located in Wallkill, NY., approximately 1 1/2 hours from New York City.
We offer turn out board which is $275.00 per month. The horses live outside with a run in shed. They get grain twice a day, unlimited hay and/or grass and of course water!
We also have full board which is $450.00 per month. Horses on full board are outside most of the day and in at night. We grain them in the AM and then turn them out with hay and/or grass all day and then bring them in, grain them and give them hay. We can adjust the turn out schedule to your horses needs.
Other grooming and exercising services available.
Owners are welcome 24 hours/7 days a week. Owner operated.
Our facility has a outdoor arena and trails. We offer transportation at reasonable rates.
