Harmony Hills is an owner-operated, full care boarding stable in operation since 2002. We offer "horse centered boarding" where the best interest of the horse always comes first. Medium sized by choice, we offer the intimate feel of a private facility with care above and beyond what is given at most larger facilities. Our ranch is clean, well managed, insured, staffed 7 days a week and is a welcoming environment for horse and owner.
Harmony Hills has a different feel than other stables and according to our clients it is because of the little things we do for the horses. We have a relationship with each horse on the ranch and they are greeted by name and always given a kind word or gentle touch. All of our training and handling is done with natural horsemanship techniques and the horses are always treated with respect. We have little turn-over and most of the horses have been here for several years. Any of our clients would gladly share their experiences about our ranch and additional references are available by request. We regularly host training clinics and seminars to further the goal of training that always puts the needs of the horse first. Local trainer and clincian Steve Bauhr visits the ranch frequently as well as other local trainers. We also look forward to Jeff Sanders 2nd Annual Vaquero Horsemanship clinic coming on October 31-Nov 1, 2015. We will be expanding our clinic and event schedule with the completion of our new covered arena in late summer 2015.

Looking for something new and challenging to do with your horse? Come for the day and visit our trail and obstacle course area. We have many obstacles through out the ranch and on trail course including water, climbing, descending, going under, through and over obstacles. Haul in for the day to practice for upcoming trail trials and challenges and build the confidence in yourself and your horse!

Our accomodations include shared managed care pasture boarding, private paddocks of various sizes and inside barn. All of our accomodations have full shelter and are larger than most other facilities, and we offer turnout (private or semi-private) for all of out horses living in paddocks or runs.

Cornerstone is an 'A' circuit Hunter/Jumper training barn located in Modesto. We offer training, leases, and lessons. Specializing in equitation, ponies, and jumpers.

Our boarding facility offers the best amenities for your horse. Our box stalls are large and airy, 12 X 12, with bedding standard. Each stall has an automatic waterer and space for your tack trunk. All boarders have access to the tack room, where there is space for your saddle and bridle.

The jumping arena is 200' X 125', with all weather footing and a full course of show quality jumps. Our second arena, used primarily for beginner and flat lessons, is approximately 200' X 100' with sand footing and a fun permanent bank / slope jump and jump chute! Both rings have ring-side viewing areas, with comfortable chairs and couches, reading material, blankets and fans, and beverages and snacks. We also have a large 300' X 300' grass riding field adjacent to the jumping arena.

In addition to the riding facilities, we also have a hot walker, turnout paddocks, hot water wash racks, a community fridge / microwave, sound system, and fly control measures.

At the front of the facility is Modesto Feed, and The Tack Room - the Central Valley's only english riding tack store!

All horses are fed three times daily with Elk Grove Milling's Stable Mix.

Horses boarding at Cornerstone must be in a training program. In addition to our hunter/jumper program, we also offer AQHA, APHA, APtHA, and NSBA horses for western pleasure, HUS, and Hunter o/f training.

We are a very laid back facility that does lots of trail riding, some showing and many more horse related things in a quiet stress free atmosphere for your horse.

We have 2 covered arenas as well as 4 grassy turnouts so your horse can have grazing time. We also have 2 non covered arenas for your use and 2 round pens. Great arena and grooming lighting so you're able to play with your horse anytime.
