We are a beautiful, small, private boarding / riding facility specializing in dressage and dressage instruction. Boarding includes large paddocks (roughly 65' x 80') with a 12' x 12' individual barn buildings and attached 12' x 8' covered awning areas within each large paddock. New wood & steel pipe fencing w/ hot rope, stall mats, auto waterers, lighting, etc. $600 - $800 / mo. depending on services desired. Main barn has insulated, designer tack room / lounge with indoor bathroom. Indoor arena has sand / rubber footing, full wall of mirrors, lighting, sound system & viewing deck. Outdoor dressage court w/ sand footing, lighting, etc. Arenas are groomed daily. Owned and managed by USDF silver medalist, Grand Prix dressage rider / instructor. Dressage lessons available. We are now accepting a limited number of private boarders at our full care facility. We are approximately 1.5 miles from Elk Grove, conveniently located off Bradshaw and Gerber Road. We offer a 1/2 mile fenced nature trail around an infield lake; hot walkers; indoor arena 135' x 65'; turn out pasture; box stalls around indoor arena; covered pipe paddock barn - each paddock 12 x 24; stalls and paddocks cleaned 6 days per week; horses fed twice daily; wash rack with hot & cold water; restrooms; horse trailer parking;facility run and owned by "horse people" competing on the "A" show circuit; owners live on property; tack lockers;due to safety and insurance, we do require that helmets be worn....
