We are a Family Friendly Stables where horse owners of all styles of riding board here. Our stalls are 12x12 with rubber mats with corrals of 12x20 in pipe fencing. Some of our stalls are slightly larger and vary in price accordingly. You have your own spot in our Secure Tack Room and we have Wash Racks, as well as Groom & Tack Up areas. With two outdoor arenas: a Dressage Court and a Jumping Arena, both with lights and sprinklers, an acre Turn-Out pasture and Orangevale Park across the street where there is a huge arena, a round pen and 30 acres of trails, boarders have plenty of choices to choose from to work their horse. Feeding of additional supplements provided by owners, blanket and fly mask adjusting daily are included at no extra charge. Owner has her British Horse Society Instructors Certification and has been owning, riding, caring for and training horses for over 40 years. Only high quality Oregon hay is fed, Alfalfa Grass and Orchard Grass, and you can participate in the bulk buying of stable mix pellets to keep costs at a minimum. Small supply store on sight. At 8 Oaks Ranch, horses are kept in pastures in pairs, with run-in shelters, automatic waterers, salt mineral blocks, and shade trees. We feed generous amounts of quality orchard grass hay along with any supplements you provide. It's a quick 5-minute ride down our country lane to the beautiful trails along Folsom Lake, where you can ride for miles and miles on a variety of trails. We have a 175x100 arena with lights and sprinklers, a round pen, and a horse washing area.
