We are a beautiful, small, private boarding / riding facility specializing in dressage and dressage instruction. Boarding includes large paddocks (roughly 65' x 80') with a 12' x 12' individual barn buildings and attached 12' x 8' covered awning areas within each large paddock. New wood & steel pipe fencing w/ hot rope, stall mats, auto waterers, lighting, etc. $600 - $800 / mo. depending on services desired. Main barn has insulated, designer tack room / lounge with indoor bathroom. Indoor arena has sand / rubber footing, full wall of mirrors, lighting, sound system & viewing deck.
