We are a 25-horse riding lesson and boarding facility in Aurora on 24 peaceful acres. Our horses enjoy 12 x 12 stalls that open into pipe corral paddocks, and 12 x 12 stalls with outside windows. We treat our horses to turn-out on large grassy fields with safe fencing in Spring through Fall. Our well-lit indoor arena is 72 x 144 and our outdoor arena is 80 x 160 with sand footing. We also have a large sand round-pen and some wooded trails to ride. Other amenities include hot water wash rack, locking tack lockers, heated tack room, grooming stalls, and free trailer parking. Horses are fed high-quality Eastern orchard grass or alfalfa and all-purpose grain. Our program is centered around private riding lessons for the beginner and intermediate rider. This is a professional and friendly facility where your horse will be treated like one of our own. Each 12' x 12' matted stall has its own 100' all weather run with Dutch door. Attached to the barn is a large indoor arena that is groomed and watered daily. There is also a large outdoor ring on sunny days and trails through the woods around the property for those days you want out of the arena.

This is a private farm. I raised AQHA, APHA & TB horses. I have reduced my herd to just a couple of horses and decided to board out a couple of the empty stalls. The stalls are 12X12 with rubber matting. There is one foaling stall that is 12X24. One of the stalls has a turn out area, but most of the time I lead the horses to one of two fields during the day. Both fields have sheds to protect the horses from sun & rain. At night they are in their stalls. The fencing is wood in the turn out area and plastic white fence in the fields. I prefer boarding to mares, but would consider a gelding. I have foaled out many mares in the past and stand a palomino stud. I do not have an indoor or outdoor arena only the fields and they are not flat. I feed eastern or alfalfa, orchard grass, & grain. During the fly season I spray the horses for flies and put on fly masks. I will not board to a cribber or stall kicker. call and we can discuss boarding price.... See More

B&G Stables is a well founded self care barn in Newberg, OR. We have twenty-one roomy stalls as well as eight large and two small turn outs. Two wash racks & two tackrooms are also available. There is an indoor arena that is kept well groomed for training and workouts. Barn hours are 5am to 10pm Mon-Sat and Sun by appointment. Boarders have access to the property 5am to 10pm seven days a week as well as late hours for picking up and returning from events. Tack rooms are kept locked and only management and boarders have keys. Wash racks have hot and cold running water. This is at a small private barn with only 3 stalls in total. One stall with my horse and another boarder is in the 2nd stall leaving the 3rd stall free.

The facts:
- 12 x14 stall with new mats & nest camera
- Daily group turnout on grass (gelding pasture) FYI: vinyl fencing no electricity
- All year turn out (rain or shine) min 8 hours per day
- Feeding owners grain + supplements twice a day
- Feeding Timothy hay twice a day ( +lunch when there is no more grass)
- We fly mask and fly spray as needed

It's a relatively small property with 5 acres and although we don’t have any dedicated trails, there is the opportunity to use the bottom field for riding, or riding the perimeter.

This is my home and not a commercial boarding facility, which means your horse gets the same love, attention, and individual care as mine but also means there's no bathroom, so you've gotta be a bit sporty.
