Hay and grain are fed twice a day in the summer and three times a day in the winter months. Daily turn out. We offer blanketing at no extra charge and have regularly scheduled farrier, veterinary, dental and worming. Clients have access to both indoor and outdoor lighted rings and round pen, as well as 33 acres of private trails with 50+ acres behind the property to ride. Special events for clients, such as bonfires and BBQ's, are held often. Boarders have access to the trainer everyday for any needs or questions that may arise with their horse. Private tack room available with cross ties and stall ties for boarders. We are a laid back facility specializing in competitive trail, western, english and dressage. Trainer also works in confidence building with people and horses involved in riding accidents. Professional competitive trail obstacle course being built on property this spring/summer. Team type atmosphere, events available to everyone. 8 miles away from Blue Marsh and many other public trails.

The summer camps run Monday through Friday starting June 1, 2010 to September 1, 2010 from the hours of 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. at a cost of $350.00 per child per week. If additional hours are needed for children needing a 5:00 p.m. pick up there is an additional charge of $20.00 per day. They will be supervised by a staff member at that time and partake in on-going equine activities at the Dream Park during that time. Payment can be sent to us via check or paid directly online. WaterGap Stables is a full service facility located on 35 acres. WaterGap has a 200 x 300 outdoor arena and an indoor arena with sand/stonedust footing. WaterGap is open to the public for boarding, lessons and training. We offer training and lessons (group, semi-private and private) in Hunter/jumper, western, saddleseat (English) and driving. We can get your unbroke horse under saddle, fine tune your broke or problem horse or help you finish your own horse. Our clients and their horses bring home Championships in local hunter and dressage shows all the way to "A" rated National competitions. We hold a series of shows at the farm.
