WaterGap Stables is a full service facility located on 35 acres. WaterGap has a 200 x 300 outdoor arena and an indoor arena with sand/stonedust footing. WaterGap is open to the public for boarding, lessons and training. We offer training and lessons (group, semi-private and private) in Hunter/jumper, western, saddleseat (English) and driving. We can get your unbroke horse under saddle, fine tune your broke or problem horse or help you finish your own horse. Our clients and their horses bring home Championships in local hunter and dressage shows all the way to "A" rated National competitions. We hold a series of shows at the farm. Lease horses are available.
The farm has a state of the art breeding lab for ship in stallions and mares.

Hay and grain are fed twice a day in the summer and three times a day in the winter months. Daily turn out. We offer blanketing at no extra charge and have regularly scheduled farrier, veterinary, dental and worming. Clients have access to both indoor and outdoor lighted rings and round pen, as well as 33 acres of private trails with 50+ acres behind the property to ride. Special events for clients, such as bonfires and BBQ's, are held often. Boarders have access to the trainer everyday for any needs or questions that may arise with their horse. Private tack room available with cross ties and stall ties for boarders. We are a laid back facility specializing in competitive trail, western, english and dressage. Trainer also works in confidence building with people and horses involved in riding accidents. Professional competitive trail obstacle course being built on property this spring/summer. Barn and large pasture for your horse - No Boarding Fee (1 horse). We have an extra stall and lots of pasture to share. We are looking for an owner of a nice friendly horse, who needs a safe place to keep their horse. We want someone who is very involved with their horse and wants to visit and interact with their horse daily. In return, we will need you to provide care for your horse and ours when we travel. You will be able to share our barn and pasture at no charge. You provide your own feed, and vet and farrier care. We can share hay expense or you can provide your own. The barn is clean and comfortable, with water, tack room, Safe T electric fencing and stalls that open directly to the pasture, and horses can come and go as they want. Plenty of grass for two horses. We have a friendly 15 year old Thoroughbred mare. Most days we are available and can share/split the care of the horses. However, over the winter and select dates throughout the year when we travel, you must provide care twice each day for both horses. You must live close to us to ensure your ability to come for morning and evening feedings.
