We have several boarding options to suit your needs and will be willing help accommodate you. We offer FULL or PARTIAL board with rates as low as $125 a month a stall. We also have large paddocks with stalls available. With partial board we will feed am or pm and turn your horse out for the day. For our new boarders we will take an additional 20% off of your rent for 3 months. ( 3 months must be paid in advance) *** Let your horse run and play on 15 beautiful acres surrounded by trees and a pond. Large arena for excercising or eventing. Wash rack. Horse trailers may be kept on property behind locked gates for no additonal charge. All horses must be current on all vaccines and negative coggins.

Space available for boarding in Richmond/Pecan Grove off of FM 359. 4 horse barn with over 3 1/2 acres of pasture turn-out that can be separated into 3 paddocks. 2 automatic water troughs, lighted barn with lockable tack room and communal Feed room. Pipe and wire fencing paddocks to separate and gradually introduce new arrivals. Pasture is mowed, weeded and fertilized and is suitable for riding and grazing. Located in 60+ acres of cattle pasture that is available for riding. Horses are fed grain separately, but have free choice hay. Farrier and vet visit on a schedule. This is a quiet barn with people loving geldings with limited stalls available for responsible horse owners of all disciplines. Will board geldings, and mares. New horses must have Coggins and vet certificates. Signed barn contract required for everyone's safety. Pricing:
$250 a month for full board (feeding up to 6 quarts of 12% protein grain and 2 flakes of hay a day, price increases if more feed needed)
$200 a month for partial board (you feed or buy your own feed)
Discounts possible if you buy, feed everyone and do barn maintenance. This is a private barn rented for fun, not profit. Character counts. I have horses available for lease (they need the exercise): 2 Tennessee walker trail horses. Both require riders that are confident, have independent seat and hands and know who to leg yield. Both are gaited.
If you are an active owner willing to do partial feeding duty and other chores we can negotiate on board (I'm a High School teacher kept busy during the school year).

Dry Creek Ranch is a quiet, peaceful boarding facility for adult horses of all ages. We provide 24/7 quality care and supervision for all our equine residents. Located 5 miles south of The Woodlands, near Tomball, Magnolia, and Spring. Owner & full time groom/barn manager live on the property. Two barn checks between 6 p.m. and midnight.

Our main barn has 11 (12x12) matted stalls. We also have a 12-stall, L-shaped shed-row barn. All stalls are deeply bedded, and have 2 large water buckets that are cleaned daily. We feed quality Purina, Nutrena, and Triple Crown pelleted feeds but will provide any feed you choose. We also administer wormers, feed supplements & medications you provide, and blanket your horse at no additional expense. Several veterinarians & certified farriers service our clients’ horses, but you are free to use your own. We offer full board only - no night turnout or trailer parking. Horses are turned out daily from 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM except during stormy weather. Our beautiful, grassy pastures all have run-in sheds and are maintained for year-round grazing. We have no dry lots. Both individual and small group turnout is available. Our facility includes:
- A 100 x 200 ft. lighted outdoor arena with new sharp sand footing which eliminates standing water after heavy rain.
- Indoor & outdoor wash racks with hot and cold water
- Two tack rooms
- A 65 ft. covered, lighted, indoor round pen
- Private bathroom facility for our clients’ use
All owners must sign a boarding agreement and provide a current, negative Coggins & up-to-date vaccination records. Any vices or special needs must be disclosed to the ranch owner before the horse can be accepted for boarding. Our current boarding fee is $550.00/month. Clients wilI be notified in advance if a boarding fee increase should become necessary. We request 30 days written notice if you plan to move your horse.
