Most outdoor paddocks have sheds or run-in shelters and are equipped with frost free Mirafount waterers which eliminates algae for clean fresh water year round. All paddocks have split rail fencing with electric tape or wire. There may be an opportunity to go out in one of our grass fields, weather permitting. High quality grain and hay fed twice daily along with your supplements.

The property directly abuts the 3000 acre Upton State Forest, which connects to the Stefans Farm Conservation area, the Warren Brook Conservation are and the Grafton Land Trust’;s Pell Farm. The farm can house up to 18 horses with 13 residing at the main barn and up to 5 stabled at the small barn. We have 10 cleared acres of grass and dirt paddocks with the remaining 30 acres woodlands and trails. There are two farm ponds suitable for swimming horses in warm weather.
