Two locations to serve our clients Fox Pointe Farm and Fox Pointe Farm East. Operated by trainer/owner Colleen Seely, Fox Pointe Farm offers full care boarding, pasture boarding, riding lessons, show team, horses & ponies for lease, and a small selection of quality sales . FPF has been developing quality horses and riders in the Richmond area since 2005. FPF is dedicated and compassionate about providing customized attention to both the horse and rider whether their goals are to compete in the hunters , equitation, jumpers or riding for pleasure.

Facility: 32 box stalls, 8 turnouts, 100x100 arena, 135 x210 lighted arena,wash stalls, hot/cold water, tack room with lockers, full bathroom, cabin, in-ground swimming pool for clients and bridle trails. On-site VHSA Horse Show Series.

Private boarding facility near Norfolk. Stalls are 14X14 with overhead fans, lights, automatic water system, and Dutch doors opening to the front and back of stalls. Amenities include tack room, laundry facilities, large arena with lights, round pen, ample turnout with run in sheds, and 2 wash racks with hot and cold water and overhead heat lamps. We only keep up to 12 horses on the property at a time so that we may provide the best individual care. We currently have openings. Bay Ridge Farms is an equine boarding facility and hay farm located in Isle of Wight County. The property is on 190 acres and offers both pasture boarding and full stall board. Boarders can enjoy access to two riding arenas, wide trails, a working round pen, tack storage, and full wash rack. Bay Ridge Farms is family owned and operated with hands on daily care of all its animals.

Bay Ridge Farms also grows and harvests its own hay every year. We conduct and monitor the hay harvest from start to finish. Additionally, the hay is tested for nutritional value, and we have consistently good results. Hay types include fescue and orchard. We offer both round bales and square bales for sale.

Full board facility located in Chesapeake close to Virginia Beach. We offer 12x12 stalls with mats, heated buckets, free choice mineral salt and individual fans. Pastures are rotated, sprayed for weeds, fertilized, aerated and harrowed as necessary. We use fly eliminators. Full board includes hay, quality feed, rotational deworming, access to locked private tack closet, lighted riding arena and trails around crop land behind barn. No additional fees for giving supplements, blanketing or masks that are provided by owner. We have working relationships with local veterinarians, farriers, equine massage therapists, equine chiropractors and other equine professionals. Family (children) and natural horsemanship friendly.
