We are a family owned boarding facility that mainly caters to trail riders. Our property is located with access to two major state trails for miles of riding. We offer rough board with shelters, large seasonal pastures ( horses are turned out daily, seasonally), outdoor arena, round pen, and personalized care for your horse. All breeds and disciplines welcome. We offer a barn farrier, vet , and dentist, but you're also welcome to use your own. We strive for a friendly, drama free atmosphere. We also set up group rides, and several other horse related activities throughout the year. We are a family owned and operated Horse boarding facility, located on 40 acres, we live on the farm. We have a 24 stall barn, (no outdoor board avail.) 60x120 indoor, 100x200 outdoor, round pen, 2 tack rooms (heated during cold months), fans on all stalls during warm season, stalls cleaned every day including holidays and sundays, water avail. year round inside and out. 6 large pastures and several individual turn out paddocks. Grain fed twice daily, hay fed 3 times daily, (summer months there is plenty of grass as well). Hay is home grown. Daily turnout for all Horses, if you want your Horse left in a stall all day this is not the place for them! Fly mask, fly spray, you supply and we will apply no extra charge, supplements, no problem, no extra charge. We even have a little bit of trail riding. All levels of riders and horses , from those that just want a safe and fun relationship with their horse to those that want to show and ride at a competitive level and helping horses and riders meet their goals and desires. There is no cookie cutter way , just a “one step at a time “ approach!
Offering western pleasure, western riding , reining , barrel racing , halter, showmanship, hunter under saddle , tune ups, trail, ground work / desensitizing , & beginner lessons .

Lessons
-Single lesson with own horse $35/ hour
-Scheduled weekly lessons ( minimum of 2 consecutive months ) with own horse $30/hour
-lesson on a lesson horse $45/ hour
-Group lesson 2 riders in group $25/hour/ rider
-group lesson 3-4 riders in group $20/hour/rider

Training

- single training ride $45
- Scheduled weekly training ride/ session( minimum of 2 consecutive months )$40
- Full training (4-5 sessions per week ) $500/ month ( does not include monthly board cost)
- Partial training ( 2 sessions per week ) $250/ month ( does not include monthly board cost)

$10 trailer in fee for outside clients , current negative coggins required

Full time and partial training fees due up front before training starts and training contract is signed .

Private & quiet facility on 73 acres with groomed riding trails with both level areas and some small hills through the property with both open and wooded areas. Large, airy, open, and well lit barn. Horses are able to see each other in the barn stalls and in turnout so they never feel isolated. Owners live on property and handle horses a minimum of 2 times per day. The same 2 people see your horse daily throughout the day and at night, no staff changes. Small number of boarders.

11 Large 12x24 matted stalls with shavings. Wash bay with hot & cold water. Heated tack room with a refrigerator, microwave, and bathroom. 69x170 indoor arena with rubber/sand footing and mirrors, dust free with use of MgCl. 72x204 outdoor arena with sand footing and 5 ft. fencing. Screen covered entries in barn and indoor arena to keep out pesky flies and birds.

All horses turned out for entire day with view of other horses. Individual paddocks available. No need to worry about pecking order adjustments between horses. Seasonal pasture turnout available. Heated buckets provided 24/7 in winter. No rough board available, all horses are put up in an individual barn stall during night. Hay fed 3-4 times per day. Will feed any grain or supplement provided by owner. Horses kept in barn stall during extreme weather events. Trailer parking is available.

Owners provide a high level of personal care for your horse with individual attention. Overnight camera watch for sick horses.
