First Class Horse Complex is a complete equine facility. We offer boarding, training, lessons, stallion service, stallion management, mare foaling services, and showing. We specialize in Paso Fino Horses but welcome all breeds and disciplines. We concentrate our lesson program on young beginner and adult beginner riders, but we train advanced riders to the national level as well. Lazy S is a multi-discipline facility located off of Loomis Road in Muskego. We have stall board currently at $265/month and pasture board currently at $185/month. There is a large indoor arena and a large outdoor area with some trails on the property. Stall horses are fed hay/grain twice daily with supplements given at no additional cost. Pasture horses receive a weekly rotation of round bales and have access to a large barn during inclement weather. All horses have full access to grass pastures throughout the Summer months. Some of the other amenities include our heated lounge with bathroom, television with cable tv, individual tack lockers, use of Fly-Predator (very helpful for the Summer) and a regular de-worming program. All boarders are welcome to bring in their own trainer as long as they provide their own insurance. Lazy S is a close-knit facility where we all look out for each other. Hickory Grove Farm is a small boarding facility offering box stall (14) and outdoor board (6). Stalled horses enjoy all day turn out in pairs or small groups. They also enjoy spacious paddocks, choice hay in the winter, and pastures in the summer months. The outdoor horses live in a small herd on a plentiful 10 acre pasture. The facility itself offers indoor and outdoor arenas, wash stall, and tack room. Our neighbor has trails and we are a short 10 min. drive from the Southern Kettle Moraine.

12 x 11 stalls with daily lead out to pasture. Rubber floors with wood shaving bedding cleaned each day. $500
