Horse Boarding in Great Falls, Montana (Cascade County)

Big Sky Horse Boarding is located just two miles south of Benefis hospital, Great Falls College and Providence University. There is lots of room for parking trailers and we live on-site for protection of your livestock and trailers. Our horse pens can easily accommodate two horses per pen with automatic heated waterers and spacious shelters. Our boarders have access to our outdoor riding arena, limited pasture riding and a daytime turnout area. We offer different options for long-term boarding of approximately 8 head of horses. Our boarders love the privacy of our location and yet we are only a little over two miles from the busiest street in Great Falls.

Horse Boarding rate is $225 per month. We feed excellent quality mixed grass round bales in round bale feeders with round bale hay nets around the bales to prevent over-eating. The horses are turning into the hay area early each morning and then taken off feed from mid-morning to mid-afternoon. They are brought into their pens each evening. You are responsible to clean your shelter and horse pen. We are flexible, very easy to get along with and are here to help in any way we can. If you are looking for a small, quiet, but close to town where you still have privacy, we are the place for you and your horses!

Facilities include an indoor arena with 160' of training mirrors, an outdoor arena with jumps and pastures for periodic turnout. Each horse has a shed or stall with heated waterers, and large run-outs. Amenities for the humans include a heated restroom, heated tackroom and washbay with heated water. Horses are fed hay twice a day. Trailer parking is available. The facilities are very clean and well maintained. Safety is a priority for both horses and riders.
