Horse Boarding in Dover, New Hampshire (Strafford County)

We are a small family run boarding stable catering to senior and retired horses. We have one four stall barn with 10x10 matted stalls and a six stall barn with 10x12 stalls with individual 16x10 runouts. We provide full board, owners provide their own grain. We grow and harvest our own hay for good quality control. Owners are free to provide as much or as little of the personal care and time at the barn as they choose. We also allow owners to work off board fees by working at maintenance of the stalls and barn facility on a per day basis. Peverly Hill Stables, a professionally managed boarding and riding facility, set on a remarkably secluded hilltop a few miles from downtown Portsmouth. The property is a historic, multi- generational farm preserved by a conservation easement that includes 17 stalls in two barns, several acres of pasture, and an unbeatable view of the sunset over the 42 acres.
We are a laid back, drama free pleasure barn, with a very peaceful and friendly atmosphere.
It's not uncommon to see wild turkey and deer wander through our large fields during the early mornings or late evenings.

We have heated water troughs in the winter months and grass turnout with long turnout hours in the Summer.

Riley's Farm and Equestrian Center is a beautiful 30 acre horse boarding, training, lesson and riding farm, located in the Seacoast area of New Hampshire. It is owned and operated by Linsay Rich, and was originally built in 1760. For your convenience, we are open 7AM - 10PM, seven days a week and staffed 24/7 for emergencies.

On our farm, we have 6 stalls, large GRASS pastures, large outdoor arena that is maintained year round, adjacent to state forest trails, and the owners live on the property. Horses get an unlimited amount of hay, water is always topped off, and receive grain twice daily. Blankets, bell boots, fly masks, daily medications are all given/changed without extra charge! Trainer, Kelsey Robertson, specializes in APHA, AQHA, and PtHA All Around horses, but have worked with all breeds such as Morgan's and Appaloosa's.
