We focus on our mature adult boarders and their horses. We provide horse boarding for mature owners looking for top of the line care and service with amenities including hot & cold wash stall, custom blend outdoor arena footing, all day turnout and beautifully cleared private trails in a no-drama facility. We are in an ideal location for people moving their horse from Westchester and offer a safe, private facility -- not open to the public so our boarders are comfortable knowing their horses aren't intermingled with outsiders.

The interior features a clean and bright barn with spacious 12x12 matted stalls and top-of-the-line LED lighting throughout, hot & cold wash stall, natural cross ventilation, huge Dutch windows in all stalls and a temperature controlled tack room.

The exterior features numerous large and small paddocks to allow for all day turnout, *145 acres of private, cleared trails for your enjoyment and our huge arena with custom footing.

Owned and operated by lifetime residents of the Hudson Valley, we are mature and knowledgeable horse people with more than 45 years combined experience. Owners live on-site and are hand's-on daily, and perform night check 365 days of the year.

We're located less than 5 miles from I-84 at Route 311 and just 1 mile over the Patterson border. Hello,
I have an old backyard stable that needs some work (I will pay for the renovations, and I will renovate to your preferences), but would like to have a confirmed subletter first. I am looking for $500 per month for 1 horse (taking 2 horses max), or $900 per month for 2 horses in the same family. I can fence in 2-5 acres for pasture boarding. The stable currently has ~6 old stalls, but I am open to just making them larger for 1 or 2 horses. The building is just an eye sore right now, but I do not yet have the time to dedicate to horses and I would like to see it used. I may plan to get my own smaller animals in 3-5 years, but there should still be enough room. I do not ride, but I am a licensed veterinary technician, and I have volunteered at horse farms in the past (I can halter, turn out, fill waters, muck stalls, feed, recognize common health ailments, etc.) The property is 12 acres but we have neighboring public land/woods and some fields that can potentially be used for trails. I can dedicate ~15-20 minutes a day currently, for opening the stall in the morning to the pasture, refreshing food/water, and locking up at night. I would prefer someone that plans to visit 3-7x a week and does the stall mucking. If there is an emergency and you cannot make it I will absolutely do what is needed.
