Small group turn out in one of our four well maintained grassy pastures, safe no climb box wire fencing, customized feeding regimen based on each horse's individual nutritional needs, blankets on/off, fly sheets and masks, on/off, feet picked, horses lightly groomed when needed (i.e. before application of fly spray, before blanketing etc..)

We offer daily care, unlimited hay, and clean stalls for your horse. We use kiln dried pine shavings for bedding on top of rubber stall mats. We also have a multi horse discount and outdoor riding ring and storage for your use. Free trailer parking. We will be starting a very aggressive fly program this spring. We will be treating all horse feed with Solitude IGR. It is a pass through fly control method . It does NOT kill adult flies, but when eggs are laid in the treated manure the larva do not develop properly and they die. It has been proven safe and effective. So this year All the manure will be a fly attractant/killer. I have small pens near the barn for daily turnout/ even 24/7 when they can't be in the meadows depending on the weather. Enables me to much better manage the meadows. I manage the meadows with first priority being ensuring healthy grass. I will turnout horses on grass as much as possible. However if your horse must be limited on grass that is no problem. We grow our own hay--so I know what I am feeding! However we want all boarders to supply any grain/sweetfeed they want because everybody wants something different. Hay and grain are fed twice a day in the summer and three times a day in the winter months. Daily turn out. We offer blanketing at no extra charge and have regularly scheduled farrier, veterinary, dental and worming. Clients have access to both indoor and outdoor lighted rings and round pen, as well as 33 acres of private trails with 50+ acres behind the property to ride. Special events for clients, such as bonfires and BBQ's, are held often. Boarders have access to the trainer everyday for any needs or questions that may arise with their horse. Private tack room available with cross ties and stall ties for boarders. We are a laid back facility specializing in competitive trail, western, english and dressage. Trainer also works in confidence building with people and horses involved in riding accidents. Professional competitive trail obstacle course being built on property this spring/summer. Premier Boarding Facility located in Chadds Ford PA now has limited openings for board. Large matted stalls bedded with shavings and individual brush boxes built into the stalls. All stalls have dutch doors for the horses. 1 wash stall and 2 wash bays all with hot and cold water. Heated/air conditioned tackroom and bathroom. 2 rings one with stone-dust footing with a full jump course, and the other is a exact replica size Devon grass arena(a third sand ring to be finished shortly) and I have a dressage ring that can be set up for schooling as needed with chain fence and all letters. Plenty of other flat areas to ride, along with maintained fields for hill work.This 250 acre farm has miles of trails(wide enough to drive on) that's clear and maintained hack to the river and take your horses swimming! The pastures each offer board fencing and run in sheds, turnout is gender separated and there is plenty of lush grass for all(also a diet field for ponies if needed).
