Space available for boarding in Richmond/Pecan Grove off of FM 359. 4 horse barn with over 3 1/2 acres of pasture turn-out that can be separated into 3 paddocks. 2 automatic water troughs, lighted barn with lockable tack room and communal Feed room. Pipe and wire fencing paddocks to separate and gradually introduce new arrivals. Pasture is mowed, weeded and fertilized and is suitable for riding and grazing. Located in 60+ acres of cattle pasture that is available for riding. Horses are fed grain separately, but have free choice hay. Farrier and vet visit on a schedule. This is a quiet barn with people loving geldings with limited stalls available for responsible horse owners of all disciplines. Will board geldings, and mares. New horses must have Coggins and vet certificates. Signed barn contract required for everyone's safety. Located near Hwy 90A and FM 359 intersection; a quick barn to reach from Sugarland, Richmond, or Rosenburg.

Pricing:
$250 a month for full board (feeding up to 6 quarts of 12% protein grain and 2 flakes of hay a day, price increases if more feed needed)
$200 a month for partial board (you feed or buy your own feed)
Discounts possible if you buy, feed everyone and do barn maintenance. This is a private barn rented for fun, not profit. Character counts. I have horses available for lease (they need the exercise): 2 Tennessee walker trail horses. Both require riders that are confident, have independent seat and hands and know who to leg yield. Both are gaited.
If you are an active owner willing to do partial feeding duty and other chores we can negotiate on board (I'm a High School teacher kept busy during the school year).
