We are mostly Dressage riders who play together, show together and generally hang out together! 200x100 Covered arena with GGT footing, arena mirrors, 3 tack up areas, 2 wash areas, separate tack room with locking personalized cabinets, bathroom, shower, washer/dryer and round pen. Each stall has it's own 100' paddock run and we have 3 large fields to turn-out into! The arena is watered and drug daily as well as cleaning of barn and stalls. Our private gated facility is located just west of Austin on 44 acres in between Lakeway and Dripping Springs. Horses have large stalls with 40 foot runs. They are feed two times a day with daily turnout. We have a 250x150 covered arena with lights and rubber footing, an outdoor arena with the same rubber footing, and round pen. We also have wash racks with heated water, and a large tack room. The owner lives on the property and takes great pride in taking care of the horses that are boarded with them. Jeanne Dake who has trained riders in classical dressage from beginners through Grand Prix is training and giving lessons at the barn 6 days a week.
