CountryView Equestrian Estates, LLC is a modern equipped facility situated on acres of picturesque countryside with rolling hills. Our spacious property has HUGE pastures where horses are grouped appropriately and without overcrowding. We are a multidisciplinary barn.

Iron Horse Polo Stables is conveniently located in Sussex, Waukesha County, just minutes away from Menomonee Falls and Germantown. We offer full board with daily turnouts, the stalls are cleaned daily by our dedicated full time staff. We are open 7 days a week with 24/7 onsite management.
We provide personalized care, large matted box stalls, a customized three times a day feeding program, daily private / group turn outs, 2 heated tack and lounge rooms, three grooming areas, outdoor wash rack with hot water, along with a large indoor (70 x 180) and outdoor (150 x 250) riding arenas. Lazy S is a multi-discipline facility located off of Loomis Road in Muskego. We have stall board currently at $265/month and pasture board currently at $185/month. There is a large indoor arena and a large outdoor area with some trails on the property. Stall horses are fed hay/grain twice daily with supplements given at no additional cost. Pasture horses receive a weekly rotation of round bales and have access to a large barn during inclement weather. All horses have full access to grass pastures throughout the Summer months. Some of the other amenities include our heated lounge with bathroom, television with cable tv, individual tack lockers, use of Fly-Predator (very helpful for the Summer) and a regular de-worming program. All boarders are welcome to bring in their own trainer as long as they provide their own insurance. Lazy S is a close-knit facility where we all look out for each other. WE ARE CURRENTLY FULL at this time. We are a private boarding barn with 9 stalls, available at $200 monthly. Horses are put in stalls in inclement weather only or at your leisure if want to use the stall to grain or groom your horse. We provide stall cleaning and shavings. Quality hay fed 2x daily, 2 horse shelters, electric fencing, pasture turnout, hitching post, tack room, 60ft round pen to be installed summer 2024, 2 area parks within 4 miles for actual riding trails. 2x yearly worming routines added to board when the time arises. Regularly scheduled farrier visits every 6-8 weeks, spring shots and coggins with johnson equine services and falls shots and dental with kettle moraine equine. These are available for you to join in on if you board with us, but we will need the money beforehand for the farrier visits unless you plan to be there when the trims are being done. We ask that anyone who boards with us provide us with current coggins and vaccinations paperwork. Treat others how you'd like to be treated, and treat the property with respect. Jack and Paula Curtis have a combined experience of 32 years; training horses and instructing their owners, in a variety of disciplines. Together they have competed nationally in Jumping, Dressage, and Western events. Hickory Grove Farm is a small boarding facility offering box stall (14) and outdoor board (6). Stalled horses enjoy all day turn out in pairs or small groups. They also enjoy spacious paddocks, choice hay in the winter, and pastures in the summer months. The outdoor horses live in a small herd on a plentiful 10 acre pasture. The facility itself offers indoor and outdoor arenas, wash stall, and tack room. Our neighbor has trails and we are a short 10 min. drive from the Southern Kettle Moraine.
