We are a family owned boarding facility that mainly caters to trail riders. Our property is located with access to two major state trails for miles of riding. We offer rough board with shelters, large seasonal pastures ( horses are turned out daily, seasonally), outdoor arena, round pen, and personalized care for your horse. All breeds and disciplines welcome. We offer a barn farrier, vet , and dentist, but you're also welcome to use your own. We strive for a friendly, drama free atmosphere. We also set up group rides, and several other horse related activities throughout the year. We are a privately owned boarding facility nestled in between 13 acres of woods that houses a total of 16 horses. We do not run clinics or shows so you will not be fighting with others over arena use!! We have tried to create a place with both the boarder and horse in mind and truly believe that we offer a wonderful experience for both! Here is some information:
Outdoor board with shelter. We have 65 acres fenced with paddocks for rotational grazing and four sacrifice lots accommodating four herds, on 67 acres.

Round pen, outdoor arena, indoor arena, play area with a platform and barrels that is secluded, trails around the property, woods and shallow creek to explore.

Our focus is to be as natural as possible. We include hay, Redmond salt, kelp, mineral, and JUG auto waterer(heated).

Grain and supplements must be provided on an individual basis. Blanketing (rented or owned), exercising, cleaning hooves, and lessons are offered. If your horse needs a little work, but you would like to be involved in the process I offer training lessons to strengthen your partnership and work out the kinks.

Lazy S is a multi-discipline facility located off of Loomis Road in Muskego. We have stall board currently at $265/month and pasture board currently at $185/month. There is a large indoor arena and a large outdoor area with some trails on the property. Stall horses are fed hay/grain twice daily with supplements given at no additional cost. Pasture horses receive a weekly rotation of round bales and have access to a large barn during inclement weather. All horses have full access to grass pastures throughout the Summer months. Some of the other amenities include our heated lounge with bathroom, television with cable tv, individual tack lockers, use of Fly-Predator (very helpful for the Summer) and a regular de-worming program. WE ARE CURRENTLY FULL at this time. We are a private boarding barn with 9 stalls, available at $200 monthly. Horses are put in stalls in inclement weather only or at your leisure if want to use the stall to grain or groom your horse. We provide stall cleaning and shavings. Quality hay fed 2x daily, 2 horse shelters, electric fencing, pasture turnout, hitching post, tack room, 60ft round pen to be installed summer 2024, 2 area parks within 4 miles for actual riding trails. 2x yearly worming routines added to board when the time arises. Regularly scheduled farrier visits every 6-8 weeks, spring shots and coggins with johnson equine services and falls shots and dental with kettle moraine equine. These are available for you to join in on if you board with us, but we will need the money beforehand for the farrier visits unless you plan to be there when the trims are being done.
