Lisa Forman is the trainer, she resides in Pompano Beach, Florida and trains in Weston & Wellington, Florida. She has been a professional in South Florida for the last 19 years, riding, training and selling horses. She has taught at all levels, both children and adults in the hunter, jumper and equitation divisions. Lisa has started, shown and sold many horses that have gone on to have very successful show careers and her riders have won many local, state and zone championships in the hunter, jumper, equitation and pony divisions. Lisa is "R" judge for the United States Equestrian Federation. She has judged many of the top horse shows in the US and Canada, including The National Horse Show, The Winter Equestrian Festival, several shows that were World Championship Hunter Rider weeks and the Mclay regionals. Each stall contains the "Soft Stall" bedding system and shavings. This system is a stall flooring that acts as a therapeutic bedding system for your horse, allowing rest which is essential in rejuvenating muscles, tendons, joints and the rest of the body

At Southwest Ranches Equestrian Club, we have constructed a state of the art facility in 2008 that includes a 16 stall barn with each stall measuring 11.5' x 13'. Each stall has cedar and pine walls, hay rack and feed tub on a separate door, and a dedicated fan in each stall.

The center aisle of the barn is constructed with "Safe Walk" interlocking pavers which allows for a constant sure-grip surface and impact absorption for a safer, more secure environment.

The tack boxes may be kept outside of the stall

New "Bug Defend" pesticide system is installed in each stall to avoid any flies, mosquitoes, and ticks. Our system is set up with 2 spray nozzles in each stall. The system sprays every hour of the day for 20 seconds, allowing a pest free environment !!

The feed and hay are the best quality available and all the water that is used for your equine is filtered.

A plasma TV with DVD recorder is in the barn to review your lesson or practice if it has been taped. Customers may also use it for instructional videos. The system is also DirecTV enabled, watch equine events on television such as the RFD-TV Network.

On site you will also find an office, tack room, wash racks and a large deck next to a tranquil pond to sit and relax.

One of Southwest Ranches Equestrian Club's main priorities is not only the piece of mind of it's clients, but the health and welfare of the horses they take care of.

This being said, we have installed a video monitoring system that allows us to monitor the entire farm including the arena, paddocks and exercise pen via live cameras.

We have also installed cameras in the barn above each stall, allowing us to see your horse at any time of the day or night to make sure everything is well with your equine.

With our client in mind, we decided to take it to a more personal level. Client's may log into an administered IP address from their computer at home or while on the road 24 hours a day/ 7 days a week and see their horse in real time !!

As a bonus, we will have live web cams on this website of the arena, paddocks and exercise ring. Our clients can be at home, at the office or out of town and see the weather conditions which allows you to make a decision on whether you may ride that day or not.

We are a new facilty that is offering stalls at 200 a month. You pay for all that your horse needs. I am there everyday and can care for your horse(s) for 2 dollars a day, per horse..Feed , turnout, and I will do there stall. The cheapest around in sw ranches. Your horse(s) will graze in large paddocks with other friendly horses who have compatible personalities to yours. We fly spray them and fly mask as needed throughout the day. In the morning we wipe the sleep from their eyes, and fly spray them. At night we wash the fly mask and let them dry so they are clean for the following day. We scrub water buckets daily and always supply plenty of fresh clean drinking water in the paddocks. All horses are handled daily by gentle, loving people and we also give many treats to our horses!

Don't have the time to come out daily? No worries! We feed your hay 3x a day and grain/supplements 2x a day or we can provide the food for an additional fee. And the best part is you don't have to even worry about mucking...we do that too! Our paddocks are cleaned every other day!

Our barn is nestled in between many homes in beautiful Plantation Acres, making it a safe location for night turnout. As a boarder you will have access to all of the ammentities including the wash racks, cross tie stations in the barn, tack room, outdoor lounge area, riding area, and bathroom.
