Full care is ONLY 350.00 a month you get your 10 x 12 stall cleaned twice a day, fans in the summer, daily turnout (weather permitting), blankets on or off if desired, Triumph 12% Pelleted Horse Feed twice a day, grass blend timothy/orchard hay twice a day. ALSO YOU GET a heated bathroom, 2 wash areas, unlimited access to an 120 x 80 INDOOR arena, 120 x 120 OUTDOOR arena, 90 foot ROUND pen & lastly over 100 acres of riding trails from beginner - advance. Ride 30 minutes or ride all day. No trailering needed! We're also right by the wilderness trails. Trailer parking available for 20 a month. Mares and Geldings are separated while in pastures. We are almost finished with the NEW viewing room. The barn is a barn family and there is NO drama and will continue to be that way. We love horses and they are always number "1" on the list no matter what. Very friendly, loving, no stress, environment. We have group trail rides. All breeds & riding styles welcomed (No Stallions) we have a variety of horses at the farm from Quarter horse's, Tennessee Walker's, Saddlebred's, Percheron's, Arabian's, Fox Trotter's. At the farm we have english riders, western riders, trail riders, & bareback riders. We use Tony Russo as our farrier & Dr. Burchum from River valley equine vet. We will hold your horses for farrier and vet. (you can have your own farrier or vet) If you want to show or start showing or just trail ride or simply just want to relax with your horse this is the place to be!!! We do have a mandatory deworming schedule you pay one price for the year and we worm the horses on a schedule and every horse gets wormed. We are a full service facility nestled in a beautiful country setting of large oaks. Beautiful private wooded trails along a flowing creek, very scenic. Forty five plus acres that intertwine for your riding adventure. One of many facilities that actually has private trails. This is a great experience for show horses as well.
