Country stable, no drama. 10 by 10 stalls with daily turnout in 20 acre pasture. Complete feed, sweet feed, and hay supplied. Horses are fed twice a day and stalls are cleaned every day. Water buckets are emptied daily. We have security cams and I live on the property and I don't have any other job except my barn. I have vet and farrier references. Indoor and outdoor arenas and the roads here are great for a long ride. The barn is never closed, and the people here are all nice and friendly. Just off of Rt. 47 in Elgin, we provide boarding in 20- 12x14 and larger matted stalls, 40+ acres of well kept grass pastures and limestone paddocks (with lean-to's) for daily turnout, hay 3 times a day and grain 2 times a day. Heated barn with connected 85 x 225 indoor arena for year-round lessons and a large outdoor arena. Cozy, heated viewing room; washer/dryer; clean bathroom; hot and cold water wash rack; 1 large heated tack room for boarders, and 2 smaller tack rooms for schooling equipment; gated entrance and paved driveway leading to large parking lot for cars and trailers.
