We are a private farm offering boarding and training - located minutes from downtown Southern Pines. Horses are provided with 12x12 stalls with pine shavings and individual turnout. We are a women's no competion barn. We all enjoy each other's company and like to ride alone and with each other. We have 15 rolling acres and full turnout unless it is an ice storm or an injury when we do have stalls. We have trails out from our farm and are always interested in kind, soft eyed horses and women to join us. My job is to take care of your horse as you would like them taken care of within the limits of what we do. I don't believe that horses enjoy being locked in a stall. We are looking for quiet, well behaved horses that we can offer half off board if they are lightly used in our program. Students start bareback and must earn their saddles and then cloth reins on halter, later bitless bridles and only experienced riders use bits. Helmets and boots on all afterschool and Women's Intuitive Riders. On site managers who care for your horse as you would yourself in as natural a setting as possible.
