This 8.5 acre farm centers on our charming, newly renovated, cathedral barn. This structure houses 6 spacious stalls, each have their own window, light and sliding door; a large tack room with 6 private lockers; a secured feed room and a cold/hot water wash rack. Abbey Way Farm is a full service equestrian training and boarding facility. We offer 12x12 rubber matted indoor/outdoor or regular indoor box stalls complete with fan, individual water system, feeding twice daily, high quality hay, blanketing, turn out and individualized attention and care to each and every horse an rider.

We are a smaller barn which allows us to give only the best of care to every individual. Our training program and lesson program is tailored to each rider and horse, designed to successfully progress each student in the most effective manner.

RoseCroft Equestrian Center is a 22 acre, all adult equestrian facility in Concord, NC. Located near the Cabarrus Events Arena with easy access from Hwy 49 & Hwy 73.

We offer 12' x 12' matted stalls . Each stall has 1 or 2 barn safe fans, windows and two water buckets in each stall. Stalls are cleaned twice daily. Three high quality grain options available to suit each horse's needs. Fescue/Orchard mix hay fed in stalls and pastures. Alfalfa is available at an additional charge.
Barn has an automatic fly spray system, coded entry tack room with large individual tack lockers, restroom, laundry room and matted wash stalls with hot/cold water, fans and heaters. Property is gated and has 10 large, well maintained pastures with a maximum of 2 horses per pasture. Several private pastures and two dry lots are also available. Horses get about 18 hours of turnout per day (weather depending).

Riding facilities include a 60' lunging area, 60' x 120' dressage arena with sand footing, hacking trail with cross country jumps and a 125' x 225' jumping arena with a custom blend of sand and TruTex Arena Fibers for fantastic footing, stadium lights and full sprinkler system. Arenas are drug regularly.

Owners are knowledgeable and experienced, live on site and are responsible for the care of each horse. Focus is put on the health, happiness and safety of each horse.

Currently only offering Partial or Full Training Board. Board includes stall, personal tack locker, grain and hay twice daily, putting on and removing blankets/fly protection/grazing muzzles/bell boots, holding for routine farrier/vet visits, trailer parking, laundry services, deworming program, feeding owner supplied supplements and full access to the facility. Partial Training includes 8 lessons/training rides per month. Full Training included 16 lessons/training rides per month.

Quiet, peaceful setting. All adult boarders. Max of 13 horses boarded on property.
