Access to tack house (even AC in the summer!) with saddle racks, tack storage, refrigerator, lounge chairs, and countless areas to sit and enjoy nature. We have trails to enjoy and a lighter and fenced outdoor arena.

Boarding includes access to hay 24x7, minimum 2x checks per day as we have someone who also lives onsite, a horse tender who comes in 2x a day, “house” grain 2x per day, we will feed supplements, and unlimited time with your horse(s).

Waters Edge Farm is a beautiful, 15+ acre facility conveniently located right off highway 73 between Huntersville and Concord. We have 2 outdoor arenas with all weather footing, an indoor arena, and a full course of show jumps. Each of the 25 stalls is matted for the horses comfort and ease of cleaning. Boarders enjoy their own private tack room, grooming stalls, and wash rack with hot/cold water. We have 11 grass paddocks and pastures and each horse has a customized feeding plan to ensure they maintain proper body condition.
