Master Suite $200 per night weekends(fri,sat, sun) or $150.00 PER night on weekdays. This includes breakfast. The suite comes with a full kitchen and two tiered deck with sunken hottub overlooking the mountains. Adjoining Room is $125.00 on weekends and $100.00 on weekdays comes with mini fridge and flat screen TV with satellitte(premier package). People booking the suite get it for an extra $100.00 per night

Upper rooms are: Queen room with mini fridge is $100.00 on weekends and $89.00 on weekdays. It includes breakfast and flat screen TV with Sattellite.

Two king rooms upstairs have adjoining rooms (adjoin by balcony) and overlook beachy area with white sand and palm trees and the 40x60 inground pool and also have great views of the mountains! These two rooms are $125.00 /$135on the weekends and $100.00/$110.00 on the weeknights. They come with a minifridge Flat Screen TV with Sattellite with premier package and Larger one has a fireplace.

B & B has two dining rooms, 4 fireplaces, large great room. It is cedar and stone exterior.

Cabins are Bunkhouse style. Two have two Queen size beds in the upper bunks and one lower Queen Bedroom and the other has two lower bedrooms and one queensize loft bed. They have full kitchens and are fully furnished. Dishes.linens and towels, toster,coffee maker, elect. can opener microwaves ect. All you need to bring is your clothes and food. Two of the cabins have dishwashers. Cabins rent for $100.00 per night on weeknights and $150.00 per night on weekends(fri, sat, sun)

All rates are per two people and a $10.00 per person per night fee is charged for additional people. This covers extra cleaning and the swimming, fishing, paddleboating ect that these extra people will be enjoying. Also Laundry facilities are free to all guests. Cabins sleep 6-8 people. Have cold air,fireplaces, Jaccuzzi tubs and great mountain views.

Rv's are 28-42 feet long and have 1 to 2 slideouts this makes them wider and more spacious. They all have full front decks that overlook the mountains and the ponds.
They start at $75.00-100.00 on weeknights and $100.00- $ 125.00 on weekends(fri, sat, Sun.) They are close to the picnic area's that have grills and tables.

There are two Rv hook-ups for self contained 30 amp Rv's(campers) They are $50.00 per night on weekdays and $75.00 on weekends.

We have two fresh water spring-fed ponds the larger has a dock with seating for fishing. Fishing is free to guests and is catch and release only.
Paddleboating is available and also Jon boats for fishing. There is a island in the larger pond for exploring!

The pool is aprox 40x60 inground and has built in jaccuzzi seats. A diving board and slide. Swimming is free to our guests.
There is no lifeguard on duty. All children under 18 must not be in the pool area unattended.

Horseback riding is available to guests for $40.00 per hour for adults and a childs ride follows for $20 per child. There are lessons available for $30.00 per hour.
These rides are held in the evenings. We have 16 horses of assorted breeds. We have western and English tack.

We also offer boarding for Horses/dogs/cats. Pets are welcome, but there is a $20 per night pet fee and they must be kept on a leash at all times.... See More

We have a NEW barn that was completed in May 2013! The new barn features: 12x12 stalls with windows, drop-down stall fronts fans and INSULATED ceiling for climate control inside the barn, blanket racks, stall mats and horse-friendly feeders. The tackroom locks and has a boarders' bathroom WITH SHOWER. The barn also has a hot and cold wash rack. This barn has an attached apartment where the owner/manager will be living. This barn/apartment combo features a smoke alarm system in the barn that alerts the apartment and visa-versa. Nightly checks will be preformed in the barn and our horses are supervised nearly 24/7.

We specialize in taking individualized care of each horse and meeting the specific needs and wishes of each owner. We offer access to a 230'x115' stone dust riding arena with jumps (similar to those found at Harmon Field and FENCE), twice a day feeding with Seminole grains, plenty of fescue hay (or Timothy upon request and for an additional charge), premium low-dust BAGGED pine shavings, daily turnout and a friendly, welcoming atmosphere.

Our barn enjoys attending horse shows, hunter paces and trail rides along with having a good time on our quiet farm.

Our pastures are never over-crowded and private turnout is available for an additional charge. We have been in business for 5 years and the owner/manager has 20 years of horse experience including caring for the horses of an Olympic silver medalist and also holds a Horse Production minor from Clemson University. We have a hunt seat instructor on-site that can offer lessons and/or horse or pony training and we also offer stall-rest and rehabilitation work for injured horses. S.P.S. Farm is a private full care facility.No pasture boarding. It boasts a beautiful Morton barn with 9 spacious stalls. Each stall has a private window over looking the property. At SPS Farm every horse is monitored throughout the day and the owner lives onsite. Due to the love and constant attention each horse receives at SPS Farm we often joke that SPS stands for Spoiled and Pampered by Slaves! Here at SPS Farm we are completely dedicated to each individual horses’ care and well-being.
All horses are turned out daily,
except in inclement weather. Stalls are cleaned daily. Horses are fed twice a day in accordance to each horses’ individual needs. We feed Triple Crown Feed, which we believe to be top of the line, however our boarders are welcome to customize their horses feed as necessary. Copious amounts of fescue hay is given daily. However we will feeda different hay (provided by owner). We bed our stalls with a beautiful quality pine sawdust which we find provides a warm bed in the winter and allows us to best keep each stall clean and sanitary.
