This 80 acre complex boasts 43 stalls, 10 board fenced paddocks, 7 large pastures, a 244' x 110 covered arena and a large outdoor ring. Full care is ONLY 350.00 a month you get your 10 x 12 stall cleaned twice a day, fans in the summer, daily turnout (weather permitting), blankets on or off if desired, Triumph 12% Pelleted Horse Feed twice a day, grass blend timothy/orchard hay twice a day. ALSO YOU GET a heated bathroom, 2 wash areas, unlimited access to an 120 x 80 INDOOR arena, 120 x 120 OUTDOOR arena, 90 foot ROUND pen & lastly over 100 acres of riding trails from beginner - advance. Ride 30 minutes or ride all day. No trailering needed! We're also right by the wilderness trails. Trailer parking available for 20 a month. Mares and Geldings are separated while in pastures. The farm is operated by Caroline Tatum, an equestrian and equine professional.

Caroline has been involved with horses since a very young age, with experiences including; teaching summer camps, intercollegiate riding, training and breaking young horses, teaching riders of all ages, grooming on show circuits, and Thoroughbred farm management for internationally known farms. Caroline has also ridden in multiple disciplines- eventing, fox hunting, dressage and hunt seat.
