RHEC is a 100 acre premier boarding, training, and lesson facility in Rockwall, TX. We are less than 30 minutes from downtown Dallas and just 5 minutes north of I-30 in Rockwall. We offer full care stall and pasture boarding, with rates from $350-$750. Stalls are cleaned twice daily and horses are turned out 7 days a week, weather permitting. Amenities include fully enclosed indoor arena with upstairs viewing area, 32 stalls, both 12x12 and 14x14, lighted outdoor arena, round pen, hot walker, boarders climate controlled tack room/lounge with bathroom/shower, covered parking, individual and group turnout and miles of hacking areas with hills! We are Diamond J Ranch, a 20-acre established horse boarding facility offering full care and partial care pasture boarding. We are conveniently located in Northeast McKinney, less than 5 miles from Hwy 75. We are family owned and operated since 2010. The property is private and gated. Owners live onsite.

Pastures are always healthy and managed with low numbers, overseeding program, rotation plan, and periodic mowing/dragging. We refill the water tanks daily and clean regularly. Horses have 24/7 access to high quality round bales in the pastures year-round,

Our 12 x 12 stalls have fans, automatic waterers and a flyspray misting system. They are kept deeply bedded with the most dust free shavings and are cleaned twice daily. Our horses are fed the absolute best quality Tifton 85 hay, each load nutrient tested, 4 times a day. Excellent hay equals healthy and happy horses. Premium grain fed twice a day with owner provided supplements if desired. 4 large wash racks with hot and cold water, 8 grooming stalls, a tack cubby for each stall. We live here on the property at the front, and we are on a private road, no through traffic. It is very quiet, safe and a great place for your animals to live. We do not have specific hours set unless abused. You are welcome to visit/ride as you would like.

There is a feed store within 15 minutes from our home. There are many vets nearby. We have two wonderful barn cats "Tally and Picasso", there is a pet chicken (Chick-Chick). Each have nice warm/clean places in the tack room and back barn shop area. Everyone falls in love with them!

We have two pygmy goats (Lisa and Tutu) that love horses and in the bad weather they like to hang out in one of the barn breeze ways.

Your horses will need up-to-date coggins. All animals will need to be de-wormed on schedule and shot will need to be kept up to date while on property. If you decide that this is the perfect place for your horses/animals, the monthly payment is due on the first day of each month plus water and electricity will be divided as needed per animals. There is hay storage and storage for two trailers. You will need to sign a lease contract, first month’s rent will be due (prorate if moved in during initial month and a deposit of $200 (non-refundable) will be due. We are very excited to welcome you to our facility and be able to share it with you. Lucky Star Farm was founded in 2021, but our dream for a barn of our own, started a long time before that.
