Tuck-A-Way Farm horse boarding is nestled in the bluffs of Sauk County, located halfway between Baraboo and Sauk City, WI. We are a smaller facility that gives individual care to each horse we board. Stalls are 10' X 12', grain and hay are fed 2X per day, daily cleaning of stalls and daily turnout. Board includes use of 60' X 100' indoor riding arena and 110' X 220' outdoor arena. I have owned horses my whole life. Bred my own studs, raised my own foals from my mares and trained reining horses for a living for a couple of years. The horses boarded here are treated like a member of the family with high quality care.
Pasture boarding fee, which is rough turn out with a group, is $175/month which includes hay, pasture grazing. Horses are able to go in or out of a large pen in the shed as they choose. Pasture is kept up and mowed regularly. Has quality mixture specifically for horse grazing.
Stall boarding in $375/month with agreed upon turn out. Stalls are approximately 15ftX15ft, are durable and safe. Stalls are bedded with Marth shavings and cleaned daily.
If you want 1/2 turnout and 1/2 stall it is $300 per month. Grain, supplements, etc. are supplied by owner per choice.
90ftX175ft outdoor arena with 6 inch of washed sand and a clay base, available for use by boarders. Great drainage so always able to use it.

Private & quiet facility on 73 acres with groomed riding trails with both level areas and some small hills through the property with both open and wooded areas. Large, airy, open, and well lit barn. Horses are able to see each other in the barn stalls and in turnout so they never feel isolated. Owners live on property and handle horses a minimum of 2 times per day. The same 2 people see your horse daily throughout the day and at night, no staff changes. Small number of boarders.

11 Large 12x24 matted stalls with shavings. Wash bay with hot & cold water. Heated tack room with a refrigerator, microwave, and bathroom. 69x170 indoor arena with rubber/sand footing and mirrors, dust free with use of MgCl. 72x204 outdoor arena with sand footing and 5 ft. fencing. Screen covered entries in barn and indoor arena to keep out pesky flies and birds.

All horses turned out for entire day with view of other horses. Individual paddocks available. No need to worry about pecking order adjustments between horses. Seasonal pasture turnout available. Heated buckets provided 24/7 in winter. No rough board available, all horses are put up in an individual barn stall during night. Hay fed 3-4 times per day. Will feed any grain or supplement provided by owner. Horses kept in barn stall during extreme weather events. Trailer parking is available.

Owners provide a high level of personal care for your horse with individual attention. Overnight camera watch for sick horses.
