Pinecrest Stables is a small horse boarding facility with a family atmosphere. Located in beautiful Green Mtn Falls just a trail ride away from Pikes Peak. We have 10 matted stalls which are 12ft x 12ft with an attached 12ft x 36ft run. Also paddock space with new leanto shelters and safe fencing available with never more that 4 horses per paddock. Paddocks range in size, average is 100'x 80'. Horses are fed 3 times a day. We have an indoor arena and an outdoor roundpen. There are many trails, some lead into national forest. Owner lives on premises and does most of the feeding and mucking so you know the job will be done right. Full care horse boarding includes hay 3 times a day(more is the weather is cold and damp), custom feeding program, heated water in the winter, sand clear product, pen cleaning. Most people who come to look comment on the large pens and the friendly horses. There is lots of room to ride, obstacles to train on, and many turnout pastures. Other amenities include, three large outdoor arenas, one lighted; five 60 ft. round pens, one lighted 70 ft. diameter round pen.
Private and group lessons for all ages and skill levels. Ongoing classes in agility, liberty, horsemanship- basics to advanced skills, trail obstacles. Promenade has various drill teams and participates in local parades. Horsemanship camps held during summer, Christmas and spring breaks.
Training philosophy is combination of natural horsemanship and classical dressage, what some call "New Age" horsemanship. Our ranch is set up for team roping, cutting, barrel racing, reining, jumping and many other disciplines and welcomes all riding abilities. A full time Barn Manager will monitor you horses health and ensure your feed requirements are met.

Property: DeKo Ranch consists of 45 acres with an additional 100 acres to explore. Box Elder Creek meanders through the property and runs all year. The creek provides a picturesque setting for our boarders and guests to enjoy nature and trail rides.

Outdoor Arena: 150 x 360 foot outdoor arena has a side alley and pens to accommodate cattle. The size of the arena allows for roping, reining, riding, barrel racing, cutting and more.

Round Pen: 50' Round Pen had deep footing and rubber kick walls. This is a great spot to work with a young horse or get some ground work done.

Indoor Arena: The indoor barn is 50 x 120 and has excellent footing. A dust palliative is added to make it enjoyable to ride year round.

Breezeway Barn: This extension off our indoor arena provides your horses with protection from the elements and a convenient location. Each of the 10 runs has a separate heated Nelson automatic waterer a heavy pipe fencing. 12 X 40 single horse runs

Outdoor Runs: We built these pens to last with heavy pipe fencing. Each pen has a heated Nelson automatic waterer and 12x12 sheltered area. Includes feeding twice daily and cleaning of pens as needed. Two horses will easily fit in these 30 x 50 runs.

Boards starts at $290.00/ month. Stalls are cleaned on a daily basis in the morning by the facility.
*Quality hay, stored inside the barn, not outside in the weather. Grass / alfalfa mix. More grass than alfalfa.
*The facility will feed grain you provide.
*All stalls have spacious shelter under the barn lean-to.
* Stall mats.
* No mud when it rains and snows, as we haul in a sand mixture for the entire barnyard area.
* All stalls have large runs. 12' to 27' wide. 50' to 90' long.
* We also have a larger area (dry lot) for turn-out.
* Large, lighted, lockable, weather and mouse proof tack rooms. Tack rooms have keyless entry, so no keys to carry around or remember.
*An area is provided within the barn to store grain, thus freeing up additional space within your tack room.

* Large 4' OR 5' round galvanized tank provided for feeding hay off the ground.
* Two 60' Round pens. One open rail and the other closed sided. The closed sided r-pen walls are at an angle so you can ride within it without hitting your knees.
* Riding/ trails available within the neighborhood and surrounding area. No need to trailer-out to ride, just jump on and go.
* Friendly, clean, safe area for you and your horse.
* Manure is hauled away on a regular basis to prevent excessive flies, bugs and odor.
* Barn bathroom available for your convenience.

* Mounting block, located just outside the barnyard fence for rides within the neighborhood.
