The owners, Robert and Mary have over 60+ years of combined experience. This 80' x 120' Indoor Arena was built in 2004
and features:
- Clear span all steel construction
- 4' high wooden kickwall around the interior of the building.
- For ease of watering, pop up sprinklers are installed inside
the top rail of the kickwall!

for the entire arena.

The 150' x 150' Outdoor Riding Arena is ridable year round

The arena has a 4" deep sand footing, over well a drained base, so it has No Mud!
- The arena features poly-coated horse safe vinyl fencing
- A 60' round pen with sand footing is also available for use year round

The large double bay wash rack is centralized in the stable

We are located on just over 5 acres in the Willamette Valley, central to Albany, Corvallis, Eugene and Lebanon. Offering 12x12 or 12x16 stalls with full or partial care for your horse.

Four stall row will be complete after spring break,(thank you for the donation).

Due to Oregon weather all boarded horses in care are stalled out of the rain and mud with daily turnout mandatory for exercise, negotiable to whether you turn your own horse out or we do.
Summer use of the outdoor riding area and round pen for training. Outdoor grass arena plus large pasture turnouts in summer and fall.

We have great rates with Full care starting at $225, Partial care at $150 and senior or rehab care at $300 per month.

Just a reminder that we do not have an indoor arena at this time.
