I specialize in ages 8 through adults. Those with experience or those just beginning. I am a fun, professional, down to earth, instructor who completely loves what she does! I teach everything from a safety standpoint in an atmosphere of encouragement. My lessons are geared toward your goals and include not just riding but, also horsemanship(grooming, saddling, parts of the horse, and lots more).

Your first lesson is an evaluation lesson where we go over what your reasons for wanting to learn to ride are and what you'd like to achieve. During this initial lesson, you'll learn how to safely work around the horse, grooming, tacking-up and of course, you'll ride! This first lesson takes about 90 minutes. Semi-retired from the horse business, I am available in a limited capacity for lessons for youth, young adults, and amateur adult riders. Please note, I won't start anyone younger than 7 years, and youth between the ages of 7 and 10 will be tested in an initial lesson/consultation to determine capability. Also note, riders must have their own horse that they feel comfortable upon.

I have a degree in horse ranch management and a Bachelors of Science in Animal Science with a concentration in Horse Science. I specifically studied horse training and am a former horse trainer who showed at the Intercollegiate level as well as Western Pleasure for AQHA. I'm no longer showing in the arena and if you're interested in showing, I would recommend another trainer who is still active within the industry.

These days, I'm more focused on providing basic horsemanship under saddle, and riders can be either of Western or English disciplines. In fact, incorporating English riding skills into an all-around horsemanship program is great for horse and rider so if you don't have a discipline that's ok too.

If you have a horse that needs tune ups, I am also available for this service. Not all horses are suited for show and not all riders seek competition, but every horse should be well mannered and every rider should feel comfortable and confident.... See More

Our goal here at Destiny Ranch, is of course to teach kids how to ride, but also alot of other ways equines can enrich our lives. We are dedicated to making sure that everyone has a great time riding, and also form a bond with one of our AMAZING lesson horses.



We want to teach everyone how, to not only have proper position and control over their horse, and their own body but also, how to have a blast while doing so! We hope that over time, our students learn pateince, dedication, hard work, balance, strength, focus, and that even horses have their good and bad days. But most importantly we hope to watch all of our students grow to be wonderful riders, and pass through all of the differnt ranks of riding!

Hi, Our names are Emma Wexler and Skye Carr. We are both 14 and very accomplished riders.



Emma, our English Trainer, has been riding for 10 years now and has competed in Inland Empire Hunter Jumper Circut and all across Southern California showing with various barns on differents shiw ponies and horses, always in the ribbons. She is also a student in the art of dressage which requires a strong bond between the horse and rider.



Skye, our Western Trainer, Has been ridding scince she was 3 and has competed in Barrels, Gymkanah, and various Rodeo Events. She is a very determined rider and spends every spare moment out with her horse and pony.

We offer lesson horses and tack! All your little buckaroo needs is a good attitude, long pants, closed toed shoes or ridding boots, and a helmet of some sort! ( If you don't have a helmet we can find one for you!)

Summer/Winter Day Camps: $60 a week for 5 days from 9 A.M-2 P.M (extended hours apon request if needed)
